The foundation

How the three-part ritual fits together

The guide opens by treating steam, cold and scent as a single sequence, with each step given its own role and its own settings, and the following pages set out what each one contributes. It is the framing everything else rests on — one ritual you repeat, rather than a set of tools to manage.

The therapies

Nano-ionic steam: what the guide explains

Steam is the opening step. The guide describes Harmony's fine, ionized steam, delivered at around 70 °C (158 °F) and delivered without direct contact with hot water, and why that changes the experience compared with leaning over a bowl. It also covers where steam sits in a session and how often most routines use it.

The therapies

Facial cold plunge: controlled cold without the ice

The guide gives the cold step particular attention. It explains how Harmony's cooled basin holds water at a steady 1–4 °C (34–39 °F) throughout the session, instead of drifting as ice melts, what that consistency changes in practice, and how to judge your own tolerance. The pages here are descriptive, not prescriptive — there is no medical claim attached to the cold.

The therapies

Aromatherapy and scent within the ritual

Scent is the sensory layer. A built-in diffuser runs alongside the other two steps, and the guide's role here is practical: which scent families suit which moments, how to layer it into a session or use it on its own, and a short safety note before introducing a new essential oil. Nothing in this section is presented as a treatment.

The ritual

How the daily reset comes together

The ritual itself is three steps and a few minutes. The guide lays out the sequence, then spends as much space on adapting it: cold alone when time is short, all three layered when it isn't, scent on its own whenever you want it. The point is a routine you keep, not a protocol you follow exactly.

Safety, care and common questions

The last pages are the practical ones: emptying and wiping the tank after use, washing the basin weekly, and how to use the device safely day to day. They also answer the questions people send before ordering: whether to cleanse first, what a session looks like end to end, and where the limits of the ritual are. The guide is explicit about what it does not promise.
