The cold plunge basin
Lift it out to refill or clean: rinse, let it air-dry, put it back. Once Harmony is on, the basin stays cold between sessions, so there is nothing to set.

Inspired by contrast therapy, the Frosteam ritual combines the warmth of nano-ionic facial steam with the invigorating sensation of a cold facial plunge.
Warm steam helps soften the skin, while cold immersion delivers a refreshing finish that can temporarily reduce the appearance of puffiness. Together, they create a seamless transition between relaxation and revitalization.

First-Time Setup
From the box to your first session.
- Unbox. Inside: the Harmony main unit, power cord, removable cold basin, essential oil bottle, measuring cup, user manual and quick-start guide.
- Place it. On a stable, flat and dry surface, close to an outlet, at a comfortable height for your face.
- Fill it. Distilled water in the steam tank, clean water in the cold basin.
- Switch it on. The first time, give the water time to come down to temperature. The quick-start guide gives the exact time.
- Then it is always ready. The basin stays between 1 and 4 °C, so every session can start right away.
- Before your first session, read the safety instructions in the user manual.

Safety & Precautions
Use Harmony safely.
- Hot steam: keep a comfortable distance from the steam outlet and do not touch it during or right after use.
- Cold immersion: keep each dip short, as described in the ritual. Stop if you feel pain, numbness or dizziness.
- Essential oils: use only oils intended for diffusion, and avoid any scent you are sensitive to.
- Talk to a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, have a heart or circulatory condition, a sensitivity to cold, a skin condition, or have had a recent facial procedure.
- Stop the session if your skin becomes painful, unusually red or irritated.

Water, Cleaning & Maintenance
Keeping Harmony clean, simply.
- Steam tank: distilled water. Refill every few sessions.
- Cold basin: clean water. Change it every 3 to 5 days to keep it fresh.
- Cleaning: lift the basin out, rinse it and let it air-dry. The user manual details the cleaning of the steam tank and the diffuser.
- Limescale: distilled water in the steam tank limits mineral buildup.
- Storage: empty and dry the basin, then close the mirrored lid.
