Who is the Fullset for?
Anyone starting from zero who wants the full Frosteam experience on day one: the device, both recovery tools and both matched formulas — with nothing to add later.
How is the Fullset different from the Recovery and Skincare bundles?
The Recovery Bundle adds the two recovery tools (Ice Roller, Dive Breather); the Skincare Bundle adds the two formulas (Aqua Drops, Face Cream). The Fullset is the only set that includes all four accessories with the Harmony device.
In what order do I use everything during a session?
Steam first — about five minutes of nano-ionic steam, generated at up to 130 °C at the source and delivered as a fine, skin-comfortable mist, to warm and prepare the skin. Then the facial cold plunge at 1–4 °C to visibly tighten and refresh, using the Dive Breather to extend each immersion comfortably. Follow with the Ice Roller to help sculpt and de-puff, and finish with Aqua Drops then the Face Cream to seal the ritual into the skin barrier.
Do I have to use every piece in every session?
No. The Harmony ritual stands on its own in about ten minutes. Add the tools and formulas when you want the complete experience — most users build up to the full ritual a few times per week.
Do the Aqua Drops and Face Cream replace my current skincare?
They're formulated to complete the contrast therapy ritual — hydration from the serum, peptide support from the cream, applied right after the cold phase when skin is prepared to receive them. You can use them as your routine or layer your favorites afterwards.
When do I use the Dive Breather?
During the cold phase. It lets you keep your face immersed comfortably while breathing calmly through the mouthpiece — turning each plunge into a longer, more mindful session.
