What is Frosteam Harmony?

Harmony is an at-home facial device that combines three therapies in one ritual: nano-ionic steam, a facial cold plunge held at about 1–4 °C (34–39 °F), and a built-in aromatherapy diffuser, all controlled from the device's front touch interface.

What is nano-ionic steam?

An ultra-fine steam, produced at approximately 70 °C and much finer than the steam from a kettle or a bowl of hot water, designed to soften the skin before the cold step of your ritual.

Is this a vagus nerve stimulation device?

Yes, the natural kind. Full-face cold immersion activates the vagus nerve through the mammalian dive reflex, no electrodes needed. It's the built-in mechanism your body already has for calming the nervous system.

What does icing your face do?
