Certain products available on this website may be sold on a pre-order basis with extended fulfillment timelines, as clearly disclosed on the product pages and related policies.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink, including our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

We have made every effort to display product images and colors as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will be perfectly accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis. We also reserve the right to limit quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
- SECTION 5.1 – PRE-ORDERS, INVENTORY & FULFILLMENT (IMPORTANT)
Certain products offered on this website, including the Frosteam device, are sold on a pre-order basis and are not in immediate stock at the time of purchase.
By placing a pre-order, you expressly acknowledge and agree that the product is currently in production and inventory is being prepared, that the item will ship only after manufacturing, inventory reception, and fulfillment preparation, and that the current estimated inventory arrival is scheduled for September 2026 (Q3 2026). Shipping will begin only once inventory becomes available and orders enter the fulfillment phase.
Purchasing a pre-order product reserves a production unit and secures your place in the fulfillment queue.
All pre-orders are fulfilled strictly on a first come, first served basis according to the original order date. Earlier orders will be processed and shipped before later orders, regardless of shipping method selected.
Customers expressly agree that any displayed shipping timelines (such as 5–15 business days) apply only after the product has been dispatched and do not apply to the pre-order waiting period. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may be subject to production timelines, logistics constraints, and global supply chain factors beyond our direct control.
All pre-order purchases are governed by and subject to our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy.
- SECTION 5.2 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, PATENTS, DESIGN PROTECTION AND TRADEMARKS
The Frosteam product, device design, technology, branding, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Frosteam benefits from international patent protection relating to its technology and innovation, as well as industrial design protection covering the aesthetic and structural design of the device.
In addition, the name “Frosteam”, its logos, visual identity, and associated branding elements are protected by registered and/or pending trademarks and proprietary rights.
Any unauthorized reproduction, imitation, reverse engineering, copying, distribution, modification, or commercial use of the product design, technology, branding, website content, images, or intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
- SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or fraudulent actors. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our store and to promptly update your information so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

The Frosteam device is intended for wellness and cosmetic use only and is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.
You agree to use the product strictly in accordance with the instructions provided. Do not use the product if it is damaged, use only original accessories, maintain a safe distance from steam output, and discontinue use immediately if irritation, discomfort, or abnormal reactions occur. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have skin conditions, cardiovascular issues, respiratory sensitivities, or other medical concerns. Keep the product out of reach of children and use it only for its intended domestic purpose.
- SECTION 14 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Frosteam and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these Terms of Service or violation of any law or third-party rights.
