At Frosteam, we are committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. We understand that sometimes returns or refunds may be necessary. This policy outlines the steps to ensure a quick and fair resolution.

1. General return/Refund conditions

Requests for returns or refunds must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order.

Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and include all original accessories.

Customized or final sale items may not be eligible for return or refund unless they have a manufacturing defect.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@thefrosteam.com to receive a return authorization number.

Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, including the return number clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Submit a return request yourself

Click on the profile icon in the shop navigation or visit the refund policy or return page to request a return.

Log in to your account:

  • Enter your email address in the Email field and click Continue.
  • Open the email sent from our shop, and copy the six-digit verification code provided.
  • Return to the online store and enter the verification code.

Click on the order you wish to return

If your order contains multiple items, select the ones you want to return.

Select a reason for return and add a note for the store

Click request return

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund.

3. Return evaluation

Once the returned product is received, our team will evaluate it to ensure it meets the return conditions.

If the product qualifies, we will proceed with the refund or exchange based on your preference.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds may take up to 90 day to appear on your bank statement.

5. Return fees

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.

6. Defective or damaged products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service within 90 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.

7. Policy modifications
